Shipping Policy
Jumpking International LLP, Bangalore, commits to shipping all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation via road transport. Please note that transportation charges are additional and will be billed at actuals. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the transport or courier service. If you have an event scheduled before the expected delivery date, we cannot be held liable for any losses or delays.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, a refund will be initiated only after the product is returned to us in its original condition. The returned item will be inspected before the refund process begins. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the to-and-fro shipping costs and any transaction fees charged by our payment partners.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are safely and securely packaged and returned in their original condition at their own expense. If the returned items arrive in damaged packaging or if the product itself is damaged or faulty, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that goods once delivered, opened, and used cannot be returned under any circumstances. Only products found to be defective due to manufacturing faults are eligible for a free replacement.
Custom Orders
For custom orders with personalized logos, cancellations are not allowed once the goods have been dispatched. Payment terms for all orders require 100% advance payment before dispatch. In the case of custom orders, we require a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due when the goods are ready. If the balance payment is not received within 10 days of the goods being ready, we reserve the right to sell the items at a reduced price to recover the outstanding balance.
Warranty and Defects
Our products are warranted against any manufacturing defects or issues related to workmanship. If a defect or flaw is identified upon delivery, it must be reported to us within 48 hours. We will not entertain any complaints after this period. While our products are designed for commercial use, we advise event organizers to implement strong measures to prevent misuse by attendees. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse in such environments.
Product Availability and Extras
We offer additional batteries at a nominal cost in case of battery failure, and extra foam parts are available at genuine prices. However, other parts are not available separately.
Logo Printing and Shipping
Logo printing is complimentary for orders of 100 pieces or more, and free shipping is also available for these orders within India. For international orders, both logo printing and shipping charges will be extra. Please allow an additional 15-20 days for logo printing, excluding shipping time.
