What is covered

Manufacturing defects only. If we find one, we replace the product or the faulty part.

How to claim

Warranty period: 7 days from delivery. Tell us about the defect and send the goods so that they reach our office within this time. We check them and tell you the result.

Why it is limited

These are imported products made for commercial events, where many people handle them and we cannot control how they are used.

Not covered

Misuse or abuse, drops, crushing, liquid, loss, repair by anyone else, and normal wear. Foam parts and batteries wear with use and are available at a nominal cost.

Transit damage or missing items

Check your order on delivery and tell us within 48 hours, with photos or a short video. This helps us claim from the transporter.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under law.
