Name, phone, email, address, GSTIN, order details, what you write in our forms and chats, and basic device and usage data.
02Why
To process orders, deliver, invoice, give support, answer enquiries, keep the site secure and meet legal duties. If you accept cookies, also to measure and improve the site and our ads.
04AI assistants
Our ChatGPT plugin and public product data reach only product, guide and policy information. They cannot reach customer or order data. We keep only rate-limit and guardrail counts.
05How long
We keep data while we need it for the purpose above, then erase it. We keep logs and related data for at least one year, and invoices for as long as tax law requires.
06Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to the Grievance Officer. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
07Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and backups. If a breach affects you, we will tell you without delay.

This site is not meant for children under 18.
