Returns and Refund Policy

Before dispatch

Cancel any time for a full refund, with no charge.

Not happy after delivery

Send the goods back so that they reach our office within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packing. You pay the return shipping. We refund the price of the goods. Goods that have been used cannot be returned this way.

Damaged, wrong, not as described, or late

We take the goods back at our cost and replace them or refund you. This does not apply to delay caused by events beyond our control.

Refund timing

We start the refund as soon as we receive and check the goods, and finish within 30 days at most. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Custom logo goods

They cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty goods are covered by our Warranty.
